Madelaine began her career in the below the line agency sector in London, working for a variety of international, commercial, blue chip accounts. 

She gained top level cause related, fundraising experience as Head of Marketing at Norwood 1993-2001.

In 1999 Madelaine won the Campaign Direct Award -'Best use of Newspapers and Supplements' - and the Marketing Week's Design Effectiveness Award -'Design for Good' for her ”Social and Personal” campaign.

From 2002-2006 Madelaine further upgraded the standards of branding and marketing among Jewish organizations whilst working as Strategic Marketing and Creative Consultant to a succession of not for profits organizations.

Her experience included creating the contemporary strategic direction, rebranding, and relaunching of:

  • seed    
  • Chai Cancer Care    
  • Emunah UK

Whilst working as Consultant to Emunah UK, in 2006 Madelaine created and led the high profile fundraising odyssey of challenges in Israel: 'I'm a Jewish Princess.....What am I doing here'. She and the project featured across the English and Israeli national media, and were the subject of a Sunday Times series and BBC documentary.

2006-2007 Madelaine created, established, and was Executive Director of mensch.

Each of the above organizations continue to base their branding, formula, narrative, marketing and fundraising strategies upon Madelaine’s creative and strategic work.  Madelaine enjoys her continuing relationship with each cause.

Madelaine moved from London to Jerusalem with her family in August 2007.

Her infectious excitement with her and her family’s “coming home” experience was expressed in her popular 15 part weekly international radio series:

“Jewish Princess Comes Home”.

Since moving to Israel Madelaine has continued to work as a professional consultant, most recently as  international Vice President-Marketing, OneFamily where she internationally re launched the brand and the narrative  for Israel’s victims of terror March 2012.

Over the last year Madelaine has also been Consultant Advisor (Middle East Diplomacy) to the prestigious Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) in Whitehall, London, for whom she created their “British-Israel Security Programme” and its International Conference Summer 2011.
